Dawn Nita opened DWN in Orillia in 2020 and started selling through the pandemic. The bars and bonbons are made in small batches with Ontario fruit freeze-dried in season, milk powder from Winnipeg and sea salt from Vancouver Island. An Old Fashioned dark bar took bronze at the International Chocolate Awards.
