What is chaga?

Chaga, also known as Inonotus obliquus or the "diamond of the boreal forest", is a distinctive, flavourful fungus with a range of potential health benefits. It grows mainly on birch, across the boreal and temperate regions of the northern hemisphere — North America, Europe and Asia.

How do you use chaga?

Infuse it for a long time to draw out its benefits. Good for everyday use, alone or blended with other northern plants. It can also be ground to a powder and added to smoothies, coffee or broths for a natural lift. In skincare, chaga is valued for its antioxidant and protective properties, particularly in skin treatments and reviving toners.
