How HotPoc Heat Technology works?

1. Turn metal disc over to activate.
2. Enjoy up to 30 and 60 minutes of heat.
3. Boil for 5 minutes to return to liquid state
4. When you wish to use them again, turn the disc over to activate the chemical reaction.
