Jessie and Shane Halliburton started Sobr Market from their Winnipeg home in 2022 as an online shop for non-alcoholic drinks. It has since grown to nine bottle shops across four provinces, including a Toronto flagship, curating and importing alcohol-free wine, beer, spirits, cocktails and bitters.
