A project with a purpose

🌱 Through the Young Producer Program, Unblended supports young growers starting out in specialty coffee. Trained by experienced producers, their first lots are blended with their mentors' harvests, giving them financial stability and international visibility. For most of them, this is the first time their coffee has been exported.

By choosing this coffee you directly support that next generation, and take part in a project giving new life and a future to an ageing profession.

A sensory profile of its own

Alongside Sebastian Ramirez, who trains and supports the young producers, we set out to build a coffee that is vibrant, summery and celebratory. In this blend, 12% coffee co-fermented with mint and watermelon brings freshness and brightness. The result: a fruity, lively, surprising cup with notes of watermelon, mint and citrus, carried by a lovely roundness.
