Blend — Les Audacieuses (espresso)

For this exceptional coffee we chose two producers who made an impression on us this year: Carmela Uduviri and Juana Gonzalez. Their collaboration gives a deliciously sweet, round, comforting cup that wraps around you with every sip.

For the roast we chose a medium-dark profile for this classic blend, and added our own signature to it. With a profile set by our roaster, we land on exactly the right amount of modernity, with subtle orange aromas at the front of the palate. A coffee that brings tradition and innovation together, for a pleasure that is both authentic and refined.
